What will you do? Make an impact!

To maximise revenue and profitability from the allocated lean account portfolio, by successfully selling the services of Tradebe in its entirety, conforming to all necessary laws and regulations. Maintain regular telephone contact with the allocated accounts and ensure sales order generation on a regular basis. Grow the account portfolio by securing new customer accounts through converting marketing and sales leads and prospects into customers.

 

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Ensuring customer retention through excellent telephone relationship skills, to develop new opportunity and maintain best in class customer service.
•    Proactively identifying business and sales opportunities when talking to customers and seeking additional revenue for the company.
•    Responding to requests for quotation (RFQ’s), proactively following up on quotations and generating repeat orders from the customer portfolio, taking opportunities to up- and cross-sell wider company services and products, meeting assigned revenue targets.
•    Inbound/outbound telephone calls to allocated new prospects and leads, driving sales through cold calling and appointment setting for the field sales team.
•    Qualification of the new leads and prospects and conversion into customer accounts.

Do you have what it takes?

Experience of managing and growing own sales portfolio.
•    Experience of cold-call sales strategies.
•    Experience of the waste management sector is desirable, but not essential.
•    Good Communications Skills.
•    Flexible team player.
•    Use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
•    Good organisational and telephone skills.
•    Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
