The Lead Generation Specialist will play a key role in supporting the sales team by identifying and qualifying potential leads within industries that produce hazardous waste. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in sales and business development in a corporate environment, focusing on environmental sustainability and compliance. You will be involved with the following:
• Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads
• Data Gathering: Use online tools, databases, and other resources to gather relevant information on target companies
• Lead Qualification: Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads, ensuring alignment with company services.
• CRM Management: Accurately input and update lead information in the CRM system ensuring all leads are properly categorized and tracked for future follow-up.
• Market Research
• Collaboration
• Reporting: Assist in creating reports on lead generation metrics and performance to ensure continuous improvement in the lead generation process.
• Compliance Awareness: Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements for hazardous waste disposal and ensure all lead generation efforts align with legal and environmental compliance standards.
Do you have what it takes?
• Some experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, ideally within an industrial or environmental services sector.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (SAP Cloud) and lead generation tools.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in environmental sustainability and waste management is a plus.
