What will you do? Make an impact!
Tradebe is looking for a Van Driver to join the team at our Swindon site. You will be responsible for the collection of clinical waste from customer sites such as acute hospitals and transfer stations.

Safely collect customer waste and operate vehicles in line with road, site, and ADR regulations.

Complete all required paperwork and use PDA systems for each collection.

Carry out pre- and post-shift vehicle checks, reporting defects or near misses promptly.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and correctly loaded vehicle at all times.

Communicate any issues or delays during the shift and take part in briefs/meetings.

Work professionally alongside team members, follow all site rules, and wear the required PPE and uniform.
Do you have what it takes?
Other Essential Skills:
Communication skills
Customer relations
Experience of driving a 3.5t or larger vehicle
Desirable Skills:
ADR qualified (training can be given)
Experience in handling Waste (Clinical & Hazardous desirable)
Use of handheld devises i.e., PDA
Knowledge:
Good knowledge Road Traffic Laws
Knowledge of the UK road network
Knowledge of NHS contracts (desirable)
Good knowledge of the waste industry (Clinical & Hazardous waste desirable).
