What will you do? Make an impact!
If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working in an industrial setting, this is a strong opportunity to build or grow your career as a Process Operator. In this role, you’ll help keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while supporting production quality and plant operations. You’ll play a key part in material flow, equipment operation, and day-to-day plant performance
Key Job Responsibilities
- Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently within the TGF process area
- Control incoming and outgoing material flow to support production needs
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations and internal policies
- Plan and support production schedules to meet quality and efficiency goals
- Monitor and keep systems online, including boilers, oil processes, and TGF systems
- Manage inventory to ensure consistency and quality of finished products
- Perform other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, or process operation experience preferred
- Experience operating a disc centrifuge is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work on-site and adhere to your assigned schedule
- Comfortable with physical job demands such as standing, walking, lifting, and reaching
- Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
