What will you do? Make an impact!
As a Drum Processing Operator, you’ll play a key role in safe, efficient container and recycling operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, value safety, and want steady, reliable employment in an industrial environment. Your work directly supports environmental compliance, cost control, and smooth daily operations.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload incoming waste streams and outbound drummed materials
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations and internal policies
- Support drum processing, crushing, and recycling operations to meet production quotas
- Track drum inventories and maintain accurate records for shipments and containers
- Keep work areas, equipment, and surrounding grounds clean and inspection-ready
- Communicate inventory levels, scheduling needs, and equipment issues to management
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in an industrial environment is required
- At least 3 months of related experience preferred
- Oil or hazardous material handling experience is a plus
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
- Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and reaching
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Reliable and able to work the assigned schedule on-site
