Join a team where your work directly supports safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible plant operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in an industrial setting and want to build practical skills while keeping critical systems running smoothly.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant systems including wastewater, oil processing, tank bottoms, and boiler systems
- Keep all process equipment running efficiently to support continuous operations
- Manage inventory to ensure consistent product quality and availability
- Transfer materials and tanks as directed to support production needs
- Maintain clean, organized process areas to meet quality standards and inspection readiness
- Ensure compliance with environmental discharge permits and all safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and plant management
- Other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred
- Experience in an industrial or plant environment is a plus
- Ability to follow schedules and work assigned shifts
- Comfortable working on-site in a hands-on environment
- Able to read, write, and understand English clearly
