What will you do? Make an impact!

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and motivated Billing Clerk to join our team. In this pivotal role, you are responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting operational excellence through the coordination of all billing activities for your assigned internal partners, territories, or division.

 

Key Job Responsibilities

 

  • Invoice Preparation: Assist in generating and issuing invoices to customers based on established templates and guidelines.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input billing data into the company’s financial system.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and billing correspondence.
  • Compliance: Follow company billing policies and procedures in accordance with industry regulations. Follow all regulations, standards, and internal policies, to ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
  • ERP Monitoring: Provide support to the Organization with continual monitoring of the SAP VF04 transaction to review Released orders to invoice.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. Relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree accepted.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • SAP experience is a plus
