Global Treasurer

What will you do? Make an impact!

Tradebe is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Global Treasurer to join our team. In coordination with the Treasurers, you will provide support in treasury core transactions, treasury management (both national and global), and in day-to-day tasks of the area (i.e. management of guarantees, payments, external partners relationships). The position will be based in our headquarters in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona).

Main Responsibilities:

• Upload in SAP of the Treasury core information (statements, currencies, interest rates).
• Post treasury transactions.
• Manage Treasury notices.
• Manage the treasury position (local and aggregate the global one).
• Working Capital funding (i.e. factoring).
• Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
• Bank guarantees management (opening, renewal and cancellation).
• Accurate and timely month-end transactions: Bank reconciliation (transitory accounts reasonability), exchange rate adjustments, stock valuation, hedge valuation accounting, debt reclassification, interest accrual.
• Other documentation with national and international banks such as: bank authorized signatories, KYC processes and other information obligations, etc.
• Employee expenses payment run.

Do you have what it takes?

• Training in Finance/Business Administration or related.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Finance Department.
• Experience in a multinational finance department (multi-company & multi-currency).
• Fluent in business Spanish and English.
• Proficient level of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Knowledge of SAP FI and treasury software is a plus.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and self-develop.
• Solutions-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.
