As Global Talent Lead, you will play a key role in operationalizing and executing our global talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and International Mobility.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused leadership role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and international markets.
Your impact will include:
- Leading the Talent Acquisition function for Global HQ, ensuring differentiated hiring approaches by role type (critical, leadership, high-volume, specialized).
- Driving end-to-end recruitment for key and critical roles, ensuring quality of hire and speed to productivity.
- Tracking and reporting talent KPIs (quality of hire, time to hire, time to impact, retention) and using data to continuously improve performance.
- Preparing global TA reporting and guiding countries on how to present talent insights to senior leadership.
- Leading, coaching and developing the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Optimizing vendors, tools, processes and budgets to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Supporting leadership development, succession planning, internal mobility and global talent programs.
- Acting as a trusted partner to business leaders, identifying talent risks, capability gaps and learning priorities.
- Translating global talent strategy into concrete, actionable regional plans with strong execution discipline.
🌍 International career path
This role is designed as part of a global leadership pipeline. After approximately 18–24 months, the successful candidate is expected to take on an international assignment in either the US or UK, continuing their career development within Tradebe.

We are looking for a pragmatic, delivery-oriented talent leader who thrives in complex, international environments.
You bring:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR roles with international exposure.
- Strong analytical capability and experience leveraging data to drive HR decisions.
- Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
- Fluency in English (French or Italian is a plus).
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels in a global matrix organization.
- A solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Curiosity, proactivity and the confidence to challenge the status quo constructively.
- Experience contributing to global HR projects across multiple countries.
- Willingness and flexibility for international mobility as part of a long-term global career path.
