You will design, build, and implement innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies that improve productivity, automate workflows, and unlock smarter decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Power Apps
• Build and optimize automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable digital solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure, integrated, and sustainable implementations
• Support the development of AI-enabled solutions such as copilots, agents, and intelligent automations
• Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes through automation and workflow redesign
• Manage projects end-to-end: design, testing, deployment, training, and continuous improvement
• Ensure governance, documentation, and best practices across all developments
• Stay updated on emerging Microsoft and AI technologies, bringing fresh ideas into the business

Do you have what it takes?

• 3–6+ years of experience in Power Platform, automation, or digital transformation roles, delivering business solutions with Microsoft low-code technologies
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or equivalent vocational training
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Proven experience delivering AI-related solutions (e.g., Microsoft AI, Azure AI, or tools like OpenAI ChatGPT)
• Solid understanding of Dataverse, APIs, connectors, and system integrations
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, practical digital solutions through stakeholder collaboration
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical team
