The AI & Automation engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing digital solutions that automate processes, improve productivity, and accelerate innovation across Tradebe.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Build and optimize automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
Work closely with IT and technical teams to ensure secure, scalable, and integrated implementations.
Support the development of AI-enabled solutions such as copilots, agents, and intelligent automations.
Improve existing manual processes through hyperautomation and workflow redesign.
Manage end-to-end delivery of solutions, from design through testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Ensure documentation, governance, and best practices are followed across developments.
Stay up to date with new Microsoft and AI capabilities, identifying opportunities for adoption across the business.

Do you have what it takes?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
3–6+ years of experience in Power Platform development, automation, or digital transformation roles.
Proven experience delivering business solutions using Microsoft low-code technologies.
Experience working with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical tools.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Understanding of Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and system integrations.
Fluent in English.
