Join Tradebe as a Receiving Supervisor and lead a critical function in our East Chicago operation. This is a great opportunity for those with a background in industrial or manufacturing environments to step into a leadership role. You’ll help ensure safe, compliant, and efficient handling of incoming materials — and support a team that makes a difference in environmental services every day.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift activities in the Receiving area, acting as a hands-on leader for your team

• Ensure all work meets Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and internal policies

• Oversee inventory, sampling, labeling, and movement of incoming drums

• Conduct daily inspections and assign tasks to meet regulatory compliance (RCRA Part B Permit)

• Make sure containers are properly transferred, stored, or processed according to procedures

• Monitor and maintain equipment to keep operations running smoothly

• Other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in inventory, quality control, or a similar industrial environment

• Able to operate a forklift or willing to be trained

• Prior supervisory experience is a plus

• Comfortable reading and following SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading

• Able to work on-site and adhere to the assigned schedule

• Must read, write, and understand English
