Opportunity Highlights

Pay: 19.06/hr + $0.25 shift differential
Schedule: Full-time; 1st Shift | Mon-Fri | 7AM-3:30PM
Location: On-site position
Paid weekly!

What will you do? Make an impact!

As a Receiving Clerk, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing the paperwork behind incoming waste shipments. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with systems, staying organized, and ensuring accuracy in a compliance-driven environment.

Key Job Responsibilities

Review incoming shipment paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness
Enter manifest data into internal systems, verifying regulatory details
Generate and apply labels for waste containers using tracking software
Partner with customer service to resolve documentation discrepancies
Maintain organized digital and physical records of shipments
Process and upload manifests and billing documents to required systems
Other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic math skills and ability to follow written procedures
Knowledge of DOT/RCRA regulations or SAP is a plus
