Shift: Tues–Sat | Post‑training: Tues–Fri 10:30 AM–6:30 PM, Sat 5:00 AM–1:30 PM (3‑month training period)

What will you do? Make an impact!

As a Lab Supervisor with Tradebe, you will oversee daily laboratory operations, including testing hazardous waste and chemical samples received at our plants, while supervising your assigned shift. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hazardous materials, chemistry, and some supervisory experience.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Supervise lab chemists and promote EHS compliance and safe work practices
Perform wet chemistry testing and daily waste sample analysis (GC, calorimetry, metals, compatibility)
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment (pH, GC‑MS, GC‑FID, calorimeters)
Provide general lab support, including standards prep, documentation, and assigned duties

Do you have what it takes?

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
Experience: Wet chemistry required; gas chromatography, hazardous materials, and supervisory experience a plus
Certifications: HAZWOPER required
Requirements: On‑site availability, ability to work assigned schedule, English proficiency, and ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, kneeling, pushing/pulling)
