Opportunity Highlights

Location: Millington, TN
Schedule/Shift: Saturday/Sunday, and two more days during the weekday (chosen by you/and the team), 7AM-5:30PM
Paid weekly!

What will you do? Make an impact!

As a lab supervisor with Tradebe, you will support the daily operation of the laboratory by ensuring accurate testing, reliable data, and efficient workflows while upholding high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effective documentation skills, and a proactive, safety-focused mindset.

Key Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate laboratory processes and personnel during your assigned shift.
Perform wet chemistry laboratory tasks, including pH testing, moisture analysis, oxidation, and titration.
Process waste samples daily, including but not limited to fuel compatibility testing, bomb calorimetry, GC analysis, and metals analysis.
Calibrate laboratory equipment daily, such as calorimeters, pH meters, GC-MS, and GC-FID.
Provide additional laboratory support in areas like standards preparation, record keeping, and other general duties as assigned.
Foster a culture of safety by prioritizing and ensuring compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

Do you have what it takes?

Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Successful completion of Hazwoper training is required.
Experience in wet chemistry procedures.
Experience with gas chromatography and general lab practices is desirable.
Hazardous materials training.
Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Ability to work the schedule for which you are hired for
Ability to work on-site as described in the job description
Ability to read, write, and understand English
