The Opportunity

As a Solidification/Stabilization Operator with Tradebe, you will be working in Area 207 and be responsible for movements and transfers of incoming and outgoing shipments at the plant designated for off-site disposal.

Key Job Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on forklifts, backhoes, and track hoes, ensuring all equipment is operational and certified.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure compliance with EH&S policies and hazardous waste regulations.
Handle solidification/stabilization batches, including processing, labeling, and tracking, according to SOPs and vendor specifications.
Operate heavy equipment (forklifts, backhoes, track hoes) and 207 building shredder with minimal supervision, while assisting with compliance activities.
Complete daily shift reports, track processed materials, and prepare waste containers for proper disposal and processing.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience
One year of hazardous waste industry experience is desirable
Working knowledge of DOT/RCRA regulations a plus
Forklift experience, a plus
The ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check, are required
Ability to work required shift
Ability to read, write and speak English
