We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pricing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in implementation, maintaining, and executing pricing strategies that drive profitability and market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of business and market dynamics related to all aspects of pricing.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • The Pricing Specialist leads, oversees, organizes, conducts, and completes all pricing and data entry and maintenance of customers, using tact and strong communication skills while handling both customers and internal team members.
  • Own and manage the integrity of the contract pricing database
  • Set and execute best pricing practices ensuring while we are utilizing preferred pricing language
  • Process requests for price entry and updates, resolution of quality notifications and contract entry ensuring accuracy to prevent downstream issues
  • Own, manage, and process CRM quote approvals while providing guidance, training and support to internal users across the commercial teams
  • Maintaining the Company’s list pricing and surcharge schedule within all pricing modules
  • Assisting Commercial Management and Leadership with regular price analyses and reviews, providing insights and making recommendations
  • Lead price increase projects, furnishing various ad hoc sales reports for analysis to stakeholders and managing inputs to timely completion
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on all pricing execution and management actions and assignments
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Master Data Specialists to ensure accurate information across systems, tools, and teams

Do you have what it takes?

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Systems Applications or Science discipline is preferred or equivalent industry experience.
  • Advanced MS Office skills required. Advanced Excel capabilities, with a minimum mastery of vLookups, hLookups, pivot tables, graphs and visual, ETL data manipulation, and presentation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
