People Services Specialist

As a People Services Specialist, you’ll be the go-to resource for employees with questions about their benefits. You’ll ensure enrollments and changes are processed accurately, partner with vendors to resolve issues, and provide excellent service that enhances the employee experience. This is a great opportunity for HR professionals with a strong benefits background who want to make a direct impact on employees every day.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits, including retirement plans, leaves of absence, wellness programs, and insurance
- Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and on time
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions, delivering clear and helpful support
- Partner with vendors and insurance providers to resolve issues and keep processes running smoothly
- Conduct audits of benefits data and prepare reports on usage, costs, and trends
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system and support compliance requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
- 3–5 years of HR administration or benefits experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (HR certifications a plus
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, policies, and compliance regulation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain benefit information clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS system
