The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive People Services Specialist to join our team, supporting various HR functions within SAP Success Factors and Paycor. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing employee experience through effective people service delivery, including onboarding, offboarding, supporting DQF files, supporting various HR functions, including employee records management, recruitment assistance, benefits administration, compliance needed background checking, unemployment claims, and other support as needed from field People & Culture Business Partners and employee services teams. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with IT, H&S, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries, payroll, and HR concerns; assist in resolving conflicts effectively.
- Benefits Administration
- Guide employees on benefits options and enrollment processes.
- Training and Development
- Coordinate training programs, maintain records, and track compliance.
- HR Policies and Compliance
- Support HR policy development, communication, and compliance with employment regulations.
- Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- General HR Support
- Act as a resource for HR-related questions and assist with special projects
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information, including payroll and compensation data, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- SAP and Paycor experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
