The Opportunity

Tradebe is searching for technology savvy candidates for the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk to ensure customer set-up, submission of invoices to our customers and posting of payments received in a timely manner.

Key Job Responsibilities

Submit invoices to customers via email or portal.
Apply cash payments to customer accounts.
Monitor and respond to inquiries in the credit and collections email inboxes.
Process new account information forms and set up in our system.
Accept credit card payments for COD orders.
Issue statements and dunning reminders to customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Technology savvy
Task management for a high number of customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and follow through
Experience with SAP is preferred, but not required
