What will you do? Make an impact!

This role is an excellent opportunity for early‑career accounting professionals or detail‑oriented administrative specialists who enjoy working with numbers, supporting customers, and keeping financial operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in ensuring timely billing, accurate customer account setup, and efficient processing of incoming payments—all critical functions for our business.

Key Job Responsibilities

Submit invoices to customers via email or customer portals
Apply cash payments to customer accounts
Monitor and respond to inquiries in credit and collections inboxes
Process new account setup forms and enter data into the system
Accept credit card payments for COD orders
Issue customer statements and dunning reminders
Other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

High school diploma required
Strong technology skills and comfort learning new systems
Ability to manage a large volume of customer accounts and tasks
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
Experience with SAP is preferred (not required)
Ability to work on‑site as scheduled
Ability to sit and type for extended periods
Ability to read, write, and understand English
