Join Tradebe as a Wastewater Treatment Operator and play a key role in protecting the environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, are mechanically inclined, and are looking to build a career in industrial operations. You’ll support a cleaner world by ensuring wastewater is treated safely and efficiently.
Do you have what it takes?
Key Job Responsibilities
- Transfer wastewater from vehicles to storage tanks and between systems
- Operate clarifier and filter-press equipment
- Collect, test, and analyze samples using lab equipment
- Calibrate, inspect, and monitor facility instruments
- Maintain accurate OSHA-compliant records
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Ability to work independently and outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to regularly lift 50+ lbs

Willing to obtain a Grade 1 Industrial Wastewater Treatment license (training provided)

Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check

Forklift experience and pump knowledge preferred

The annual salary for this position starts at $23/hr+ based on experience, depending on factors such as your location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined through a thoughtful assessment of your background and fit for the role.
