What will you do? Make an impact!
Key Job Responsibilities

Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety programs across multiple facilities.

Review, update, and help enforce safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.

Develop and deliver safety training programs, including new hire orientation, refresher training, contractor training, and HAZWOPER-related initiatives.

Conduct safety inspections, maintain safety records, and track training and compliance activities within the EHS reporting system.

Assist with incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.

Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and readiness exercises to promote a safe work environment.

Partner with site leadership, Safety Committees, and frontline employees to promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.

Other duties as assigned.
Do you have what it takes?
-
Associate degree or higher required.
-
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
-
At least 1 year of experience in a Health & Safety, EHS, or related role.

Experience creating and delivering safety training programs to employees in operational or industrial environments.

Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and the ability to apply federal, state, and local compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both frontline employees and leadership teams.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-site environment and spending time in the field supporting operations.

Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
