- Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM and every third week and weekend on call

What will you do? Make an impact!
As a Maintenance Mechanic at Tradebe, you’ll play a key role in keeping our plant equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role where you’ll work with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps operations moving, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow your career.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair plant equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and service mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
- Assemble, disassemble, install, clean, and lubricate parts such as bearings, gears, and pulleys
- Perform light welding, grinding, and fabrication work (if qualified)
- Complete work orders, recording repairs and materials used
- Operate lift trucks and powered lifts when needed
- Assist with daily equipment inspections and promote safe operationsOther duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working maintenance in an industrial environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically active plant setting, including elevated positions
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

The hourly range for this position ranges from $25-$28/hr depending on factors such as your experience, skills, and qualifications. Please note that the top end of the range is not guaranteed. This range is provided to offer transparency and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed offer. Final compensation will be determined through a thoughtful assessment of your background and fit for the role.
