What will you do? Make an impact!
We’re looking for a part time Office Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and loves being at the heart of a buzzing workplace. You’ll oversee our Marlow and Warrington offices, making sure every detail, from maintenance to service provider - runs like clockwork. If you’re organised, proactive, and take pride in creating a welcoming, efficient environment, this role’s got your name on it.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of both offices, combining strong organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. From managing services and coordinating logistics to supporting senior leaders and fostering a positive workplace environment, you’ll ensure everything behind the scenes runs efficiently and seamlessly. In addition, you will:
• Manage office maintenance, service providers, and general upkeep.
• Keep supplies stocked, spaces organised, and both teams connected.
• Support the CEO and Directors with PA tasks and admin.
• Coordinate company events and team activities.
• Oversee access, equipment, and IT inventories across both sites.
• Handle the details that keep things flowing, post, couriers, and more.
Do you have what it takes?
• Proven experience in an Office Coordination role
• Excellent organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all levels
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with a flexible approach
• Confident managing multiple priorities and service providers
• Team player who’s motivated, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable travelling between sites when needed
Desirable:
• Background in a large or multi-site organisation
