What will you do? Make an impact!

To operate Tradebe’s sales enquiry and sales administrative function from receipt of enquiries through to quotations, onward routing, invoicing, and procedural control. To ensure through technical assessment, compliance and current legislation, all enquiries are processed in a timely manner in line with company procedures.

 

•    Technically assess all waste enquiries generated by the sales team or direct enquiries
•    Ensure compliance of all waste quotes with current legislation, Tradebe’s Permits, Waste Management Licences and within strict KPI’s.
•    Ensure that quotations produced and processed are in accordance with the current company sales strategy and within strict KPI’s.
•    Liaise with internal and external laboratories where sample analysis is required.
•    Identify appropriate disposal routes for all packaged and bulk waste.
•    Build up working relationships with third party disposal routes.
•    To ensure that all Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) are identified as both a technical and or financial NCR and the appropriate information is passed to the originator of the enquiry in a timely manner within strict KPI’s.
•    To control waste acceptance/analysis operations in line with the company’s ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems. 
•    Work with Operations for off-site disposal
•    Assist in Duty of Care audits for existing and new customers. 
•    To identify and report on opportunities and trends in the site’s technical control/analysis systems, so that the Company can effectively develop its continuous improvement programme.
•    To maintain effective record keeping and documentation to accepted/approved methods and procedures.
•    To ensure that all work under his/her control is carried out within the company’s BMS requirements.
•    The Technical Assessor can influence acceptance strategy by his/her decision by ensuring the most advantageous solution within the guidelines of the company's key targeted plans.

•    In depth appreciation and understanding of technical/chemical waste analysis, management operation, customers and processes.
•    The Technical Assessor must be prepared to be consulted at all times by customers and colleagues and give sound technical advice.
•    The Technical Assessor is required to keep the Technical Assessment Department Manager informed of all relevant happenings.
