Position: Production Administrator role.
Location: Knowsley, Liverpool
The role
- Liaise with operations, compliance, sales and customer services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Carry out general administrative duties.
- Liaise with existing clients and 3rd parties to fulfil customer requirements.
- To carry out the administration of site SAP requirements.
- To carry out operational, production and engineering administration needs, such as ordering of materials and maintaining the site SAP system.
- To ensure that customers’ requirements are met by providing the pivotal link between central customer services, group transport and site operations.
- To ensure that month-end procedures are completed accurately and on time.
- To assist with the maintenance and control of the site management systems, to include document control, preparation of data and attending reviews where necessary.
- To log NCRs, and to assist in their resolution, completing & filing NCR documents, liaising with relevant personnel.
- To assist in the preparation of SHEQ data for quarterly/annual reviews.
- To ensure that customers requirements and environment agency data requirements are met (e.g. tracking waste movements for TFS, preparing data for accurate submissions).
The person
Essential Skills:
- Experience in the waste industry, both hazardous and non-hazardous is desirable.
- Experience of waste legislation: consignment notes, EWC codes, permit & SIC numbers etc is desirable.
- Good Communications Skills.
- Flexible team player
- Use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good organisational and telephone skills
- Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of SAP
- Previous administrative experience.
