What will you do? Make an impact!
As a Field Services Project Manager with Tradebe, you will be managing different contracts for our Field Services division. You will work closely with customers as well as internal teams and contractors to ensure we are providing quality work and customer service to all parties involved.
Do you have what it takes?
- Complete job walks, accurately scope, and quote projects.
- Work with Tradebe’s Contracts Group to develop and respond to RFIs/ RFQs for complex projects
- Perform initial review of those RFIs/ RFQs to determine whether Company should participate in those processes.
- Supported by Company’s Management and Legal Department, assist with contracts negotiation as required.
- Prepare work crews & equipment for successful project completion including:
- Mobilization and of personnel and equipment
- Safe, efficient, and profitable management of projects
- Demobilization and departure from the site, including deacon of vehicles and equipment
- Ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance by adhering to regulations, standards, and internal policies, while promoting a safe and environmentally responsible workplace
- Champion customer satisfaction
- Implement, monitor and enforce Company’s general safety and engineering controls and work policies, ensure compliance with all OSHA and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Follow all Customer safety policies and complete JSA and job audits on projects as required.
- Oversee troubleshooting and routine maintenance on equipment, ensure equipment is operable and prepared for use on the next project.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily time and project information sheets per company policy.
- Serve as the main point of contact for local industrial site managers (environmental managers, maintenance managers, plant operations).
- Successfully and profitably manage a monthly average of $125,000 in project revenue by leveraging the above relationships.
- Work closely with Billing and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for work completed.
- Bill approximately 50% of annual time to projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What’s in for you?
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in the environmental field services sector required.
- Must have current API653-Tank Entry Supervisor qualification or able to get before hire.
- Significant travel required.
- Emergency Response experience and supervisory experience is desirable.
- Possess strong technical writing skills to complete customer facing documents including Scopes of Work (SOW) and Quotes.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present the Companies services to gain customer growth and market share.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in scoping, quoting and selling traditional Field Services jobs.
- Must have knowledge of how to use Excel, Word, and Power Point, and must have the ability to use information management systems to provide updates to the management team.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel.
- Ability to work the schedule for which you are hired for.
- Ability to work on-site as described in the job description.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
