What will you do? Make an impact!
As a Field Services Operator with Tradebe, you will process materials from tanks and lagoons while providing industrial cleaning services at refineries and chemical plants. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires extensive travel and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
Key Job Responsibilities

Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, standards, and internal policies
-
Operate centrifugal, progressive cavity (PCP), and positive displacement (PDP) pumps
-
Operate and maintain tank cleaning and separation equipment
-
Perform tank cleaning, equipment cleaning, and remediation labor activities
-
Respond to emergency situations as needed
-
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
-
Complete Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and job audits
-
Rig up and rig down equipment with minimal supervision
-
Properly decontaminate equipment before leaving job sites
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Valid driver’s license or state ID required
-
At least 1 year of experience decontaminating equipment
-
At least 1 year of experience cleaning above-ground tanks in refinery environments
-
At least 2 years of experience operating tank cleaning or processing equipment in waste remediation, chemical plant, or refinery settings
-
Working knowledge of equipment such as filter presses, centrifuges, decanters, belt presses, dredging equipment, Ruff units, manway cannons, SRS units, and robots

Ability to follow all safety policies and complete JSAs and job audits

Good written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to complete a 40-hour HAZWOPER certification

Ability to obtain a TWIC card
-
Ability to pass background checks and obtain clearance for DOD, DOE, and DOC facilities
-
Ability to pass a company physical and work while wearing required PPE, including a respirator

Ability to travel extensively for projects
-
Ability to work assigned schedules and perform on-site work
-
Ability to read, write, and understand English
