HSEQ Technician (m/f/d)
For our dedicated team within the Department of Quality, Safety and Environment (QSMA), we are looking for a qualified and motivated HSEQ Technician (m/f/d). If you wish to play a key role in ensuring safety, health, and environmental protection in a dynamic industrial environment, then you are exactly right with us!
Your Main Responsibilities:
As an HSEQ Technician, you are an indispensable member of our team and contribute significantly to maintaining the highest standards. Your responsibilities include, among others:
• Detection and Mitigation of Risks: You identify the potential appearance of new occupational, industrial safety, or environmental risks, and establish risk mitigation actions together with the Quality and HSE Manager.
• Coordination of Preventive Activities: You coordinate preventive activities in accordance with the provisions of Ley PRL 31/1995.
• Ensuring Compliance: You ensure compliance with all mandatory regulations concerning Safety and Health and Environment by EQSA personnel and external staff.
• Support for Management Systems: You actively support the elaboration, updating, implementation, maintenance, and dissemination of necessary procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with the requirements established by the Quality, Safety, and Environmental management systems.
• Audit Preparation: You assist in the preparation of internal and external audits according to the annual audit plan.
• Work Permits: You are responsible for the execution of work permits.
• PPE Management: You maintain the stock of individual protection equipment and ensure its correct use by both EQSA personnel and external staff.
Your Profile:
To successfully fill this responsible position, you bring the following qualifications and characteristics:
• Education: University education is welcome, but not required. A minimum training with the content specified in the Regulation of Prevention Services is necessary.
• Specialized Knowledge:
◦ Knowledge in Environmental Management ISO 14001.
◦ Knowledge according to ISO 9001 (Quality Management).
◦ Knowledge in ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management).
• Professional Experience: You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Personal Qualities: You are characterized by teamwork, responsibility, and ease of oral and written communication.
