If you're detail-oriented, organized, and looking to build a career in administration, government services, or finance support, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team. In this role, you'll help ensure government billing and documentation processes run smoothly while supporting operations, finance, and customer accounts.

Key Job Responsibilities

Prepare and submit government documentation required for billing and invoicing
Monitor government contract pricing in SAP and coordinate with internal pricing teams to maintain accuracy
Support Accounts Receivable by submitting and tracking payments through government software platforms
Monitor outstanding customer balances and communicate with government contacts to help expedite payments
Track certificate of destruction waste streams and maintain cradle-to-grave documentation records
Partner with Operations Managers and Government Services teams to provide updates on task order status and customer requirements
Prepare monthly government contract worksheets to support finance and billing close processes
Other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred
SAP experience is a plus
Customer service, sales support, administrative support, or related experience preferred
Ability to work on-site, follow assigned schedules, and communicate effectively in English
