Opportunity Highlights

Location: Gary, IN
Shift: 1st Shift Only – Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: Mechanic $30–$35/hr
Paid Weekly

What will you do? Make an impact!

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, tankers, and other various types of commercial vehicles.

Key Job Responsibilities

Perform annual and FHWA inspections on commercial vehicles
Maintain a clean and safe work area while assisting other mechanics with assigned tasks
Use computers and diagnostic software to complete inspections and repairs
Follow directions, accurately complete all required paperwork, and perform other assigned duties

Do you have what it takes?

1 + years of experience with heavy duty trucks and equipment

Must have a basic set of tools

Must be able to work in elevated and difficult positions and be mobile throughout the plant.
