What will you do? Make an impact!

Join a dynamic engineering team where your skills will help power essential environmental operations. As a hands-on electrician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our site safe, efficient, and fully operational. You’ll work closely with both Engineering and Operations teams, ensuring high standards in safety, compliance, and performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver proactive electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to maximise plant uptime
• Lead by example in site safety, always promoting our PROUD values and enforcing proper PPE use
• Carry out scheduled PPM and emergency response tasks with minimal supervision
• Support planning and execution of plant shutdowns and critical maintenance windows
• Recommend improvements to enhance plant efficiency, safety, and reliability

Do you have what it takes?

• Practical, hands-on problem solver with a proactive mindset
• Confident working with industrial electrical systems – minimum 18th Edition or NVQ equivalent
• Experience with PLC controls, inverter drives, and process automation
• Competent in electrical testing and inspection (2391 or equivalent)
• Strong communicator with solid IT and organisational skills – quick to adapt to new software

Desirable Skills

• Experience in waste management or similar heavy industrial environments
• Familiarity with continuous processing plants
• Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is a plus

Knowledge Base

• Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and how it applies to day-to-day operations
