Environmental Outsourcing Specialist

The Opportunity
As an Environmental Outsourcing Specialist (TTR Direct Specialist) with Tradebe, you will work directly with customers to provide disposal options for unique materials not processed through Tradebe. The ideal candidate will have industry experience dealing with hazardous waste and have extensive knowledge on hazardous waste profiles.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure Compliance & Safety – Adhere to EHS regulations and company policies to maintain a safe, environmentally responsible workplace.
- Manage Quotes & Projects – Provide disposal quotes, track opportunities, and support RFP pricing.
- Coordinate Logistics – Schedule pickups, deliveries, and transportation with vendors and customers.
- Handle Documentation – Prepare shipping documents and invoicing materials with accuracy.
- Confirm & Communicate – Manage appointments and coordinate with customers and disposal outlets.
- Provide Customer & Vendor Support – Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
- Adapt & Assist – Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years environmental experience
- Working knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations
- Receiving and operations experience in the Environmental Services industry is a plus
- Ability to work an 8AM-5PM schedule, Monday-Friday
- Ability to work on-site as described in the job description
