Opportunity Highlights

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM)
Pay: Up to $46 per hour
$1,500 Retention Bonus
$600 Annual Tool Reimbursement

What will you do? Make an impact!

As a Welder with Tradebe you will perform welding throughout an industrial plant's general infrastructure and machinery. We are ideally looking for someone who has welding and pipefitting experience in an industrial setting.

Key Job Responsibilities

Follow all safety and environmental regulations to maintain a safe workplace
Weld, fabricate, and repair plant equipment as needed
Install and maintain piping systems
Perform diverse types of welding to repair plant equipment including MIG, TIG and stick
Weld carbon and stainless steel effectively and safely
Help with daily equipment inspections
Upon successful completion of welding various equipment – assist with installation of finished product(s) and/or equipment
Support other maintenance tasks as needed
Conduct up to 70% of all industrial welding in the field/plant and 30% shop fabrication
Take on additional duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
3-5 years of experience in pipefitting, welding, fabrication, and mechanical equipment repair
Must have a basic set of tools
Must have a valid driver’s license
Working knowledge of interpreting and understanding industrial equipment blueprints
High proficiency in vertical, horizontal and pipe welding
