The Opportunity

As a Tank Farm Supervisor with Tradebe, you'll lead the day-to-day operations in the Tank Farm area of our East Chicago facility. You'll be responsible for overseeing the safe, compliant movement and transfer of materials in and out of tanks and tankers. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll be hands-on, keeping your team and the environment safe while helping drive plant efficiency.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fuel drum processing

• Ensure tank/tanker movements are completed according to plan

• Oversee loading and unloading of tankers, tanks, and railcars

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tank farm area

• Support equipment maintenance (pumps, valves, storage systems)

• Uphold all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and regulations

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• One year of hazardous waste industry experience is desirable
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of DOT/RCRA regulations a plus
• One year Tank Farm experience; and forklift experience, are a plus
• The ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check, are required
• Ability to work required shift
• Ability to read, write and speak English
