Opportunity Highlights

Base Pay: $18.90/hr
After 90 days: $19.06/hr
Operator Pay: $1.00/hr
Shift Differential: $1.00/hr

What will you do? Make an impact!

As a Tank Farm Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — safely moving and handling materials that help support our environmental mission.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading tanks, trucks, railcars, and tankers
Taking samples and tracking materials as they’re processed
Following daily plans for tank movements
Keeping your area clean, organized, and running smoothly
Inspecting equipment and supporting maintenance tasks
Supporting environmental compliance efforts like emissions tracking and inspections
Operating safely within our environmental permits and standards

Do you have what it takes?

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a hands-on industrial or hazardous waste setting (preferred)
Tank Farm experience or knowledge of DOT/RCRA regulations (a plus)
Forklift experience
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work the schedule you’re hired for
Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
Must be able to read and understand English
