Schedule: 3rd Shift (11pm-7:30am)
Pay:  $20-$27/hr + $1.25/hr shift differential

As a Receiving Office Supervisor, you will serve as a working supervisor responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing guidance to clerks on shift. This role ensures the continuous improvement of team skills while acting as the primary point of contact for the team, promoting efficient workflows and collaboration within the department. 

Key Job Responsibilities 

• Supervise and support clerks during assigned shifts by delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance and maintain productivity.
• Review and enter manifest paperwork into computerized systems, verifying DOT descriptions and RCRA hazardous waste codes.
• Generate waste container labels, barcode bulk loads, and create rejection manifests as needed.
• Sign manifest paperwork to facilitate truck releases and distribute copies appropriately.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve discrepancies and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Scan billing packets and upload manifests to the EPA/E-Manifest system.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical shipment document files.
• Perform inventory checks on office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks.

Do you have what it takes?

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Tech-savvy and proficient in data entry and management systems with a focus on maintaining accurate records 

• Previous supervisory experience preferred 

• DOT knowledge 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy 

• Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP’s, and training modules 

• SAP experience a plus
