Starting Pay: $19.40hr
After 90 Days: $20.13hr
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3pm-11:30pm

What will you do? Make an impact!

Tradebe is seeking a Laborer to support daily plant operations through material handling, equipment operation, and general facility upkeep. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment where safety is the top priority.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Assist with container movements and plant operations
Perform housekeeping activities and area inspections
Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as trained
Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures
Support compliance with facility permits and regulations
Respond appropriately to emergency situations
Perform other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

High school diploma or GED preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
Industrial, warehouse, or labor experience preferred
Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check
Ability to work on-site and perform physical work
Ability to read, write, and understand English
