What will you do? Make an impact!
As a Carbon Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations safe, clean, and environmentally compliant. This is a great opportunity for hands-on workers who enjoy learning new skills and contributing to a team that prioritizes safety and sustainability. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals while gaining valuable experience in environmental compliance and industrial operations.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and replace carbon filtration systems across the facility
- Partner with the Air Compliance Specialist to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
- Apply proper drum labeling and hazard identification in accordance with regulations
- Stock, inspect, and maintain spill kits and safety supplies
- Safely overpack damaged containers and support waste handling procedures
- Maintain clean and organized storage and work areas
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn carbon system maintenance and RCRA inspections
- Forklift certified, or open to becoming certified (we’ll help you get there)
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of your work
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial environment
