Field Service Supervisor

The Opportunity

- $65/day per diem for overnights
- ~ 50% travel throughout the US
What will you do? Make an impact!
Join Tradebe as a Field Services Supervisor and lead industrial cleaning projects at customer sites. This is a working supervisor position and a great opportunity for field service professionals who enjoy hands-on work, leadership responsibilities, and variety in their day-to-day tasks.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Supervise field technicians and oversee day-to-day project execution at customer sites
- Ensure compliance with EHS, OSHA, and DOT regulations and promote a strong safety culture
- Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and resources
- Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and ensure quality service delivery
- Operate and oversee use of specialized equipment such as water blasters, excavators, and jetting tools
- Maintain project documentation, logs, and required reports accurately
- Perform hands-on cleanup work, including waste removal, sampling, and site remediation
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a TWIC card
- At least 1 year of experience supervising tank cleaning or similar industrial projects
- Experience working in chemical plants, refineries, or similar environments
- Ability to read and follow SOPs, manifests, and safety documentation
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and emergency response
- Able to wear a full-face respirator (clean shaven) and work in confined spaces with physical demands
